Mushroom Mania!

I had to cook some mushrooms that I had before they spoiled so I made parmesean crusted chicken drizzled with sauteed mushrooms & stuffed portabella mushrooms. I am starting to get comfortable in the kitchen!
Elli was my little vacuum

My Love Bug

Elli LOVES to catch bugs and eat them...I have even witnessed her catching a fly on the windowsill and eating it! She is my little Mr. Miyagi but she uses her little paws instead of chopsticks. Last night I got out of the shower and she was pawing at something so I grabbed the camera to capture her in the scene---she loves to "paw" at the bugs and play before she goes in for the kill!
Plotting her move
Poor little guy
Thinking about it...

She picked up the bug and brought it under the coffee table to go in for the kill... :(

Grilling with the Family

We had Adam's family over for dinner and Adam grilled the BEST steaks! The girls watched a movie while the guys played horseshoes.

Karly is the little girl of the family I work for...her 9th Birthday is going to be at the Great Wolf Lodge and I get to go swim and slumber with five 9 year olds and can't wait! Here are the invitations that we made.
